Rose & Rose Solicitors LLP is a well-established, highly respected firm based in Kingston upon Thames. As our litigation offering continues to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our Kingston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, commercially minded litigator who enjoys autonomy, variety and direct client engagement.
The role
You will handle a broad and engaging caseload of contentious matters for both existing and new clients. The work is varied and intellectually stimulating, covering areas such as:
- Property and landlord and tenant disputes
- Enfranchisement
- Contract and commercial disputes
- Professional negligence
- Neighbour and party wall matters
- Employment Law
- Company & Partnership disputes
This is a hands-on role within a small, dedicated litigation team, offering real responsibility and the chance to manage matters from initial instruction through to resolution. You will be trusted to work independently while being fully supported by approachable colleagues and partners when needed.
Alongside technical excellence, the firm values a commercial approach. You will be encouraged to build strong client relationships, contribute to the development of the litigation practice and take ownership of your caseload, including service delivery, fees and outcomes.
The firm uses LEAP as its case management system. Experience with LEAP is helpful but not essential.
