When I approached James about the prospect of purchasing my first property, he spoke with me about the process and made sure I understood what it all entailed even before I instructed him as my lawyer.
My case was particularly unique in the sense that the new owner of the property would be determined by a contract race. Both James and Natasha understood that time was of the essence and used their expertise to ensure the purchase process was as seamless as possible.
