Zubair Dharamsi is a Partner and Solicitor at Rose & Rose, specialising in family law. He is the head of the family department, where he applies his extensive knowledge and expertise in this specialised area of law. Zubair is passionate about this area of law and works closely with a team of experienced family lawyers and support staff to provide high-quality legal services to clients both locally and overseas.


Areas of Practice



Zubair joined Rose & Rose in 2014 and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2016. He obtained his law degree from Kingston University and completed his LPC at BPP Waterloo. He furthered his legal education at the University of Law and gained the Professional Skills Course (PSC) qualification.

He has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and his areas of expertise include divorce and separation, financial proceedings (including for high-net-worth individuals/overseas clients and complex trust structures), private child arrangements, domestic violence and injunction relief, contentious probate andindependent legal advice.



As member of Resolution (a community of family lawyers  who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way), Zubair aims to resolve cases without the need for court intervention. However, he has the knowledge and expertise to handle matters within the court system when required. He has extensive experience handling court hearings for various types of divorce and family proceedings.
