Career & Relevant experience:
Emanuel is a dual qualified solicitor who was admitted to practice in both New Zealand (Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in October 2021) and Australia (Solicitor of the Supreme Court in Melbourne in 2024).
He has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters that have spanned across New Zealand’s Court of Appeal, High Court, District Court, specialist tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forms.
Since his move to the United Kingdom, Emanuel has actively been involved in matters across the King’s Bench, High Court (Chancery Division) and the County Courts.
Emanuel is committed to offering a client first approach to anyone he acts for by providing a responsive, commercially minded service and having the ability to offer practical solutions to a diverse range of problems.
