Tom is an experienced litigator across a wide-range of practice areas. Tom trained at a West End firm and has worked in various litigation boutiques across London/City, before joining Rose & Rose in 2025.

- Commercial litigation, including fraud / insolvency, breach of contract, shareholder disputes
- Employment, including advice on settlement agreements
- Property Litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, possession orders
- Civil litigation, including debt recovery, enforcement
Career & Relevant experience:
Tom was admitted as a solicitor in 2017 (8PQE). Tom trained at a West End firm and has worked in various litigation boutiques across London/City, before joining Rose & Rose in 2025. Tom handles a broad caseload of litigation claims, often with a fraud or international element. Tom’s cases have spanned the County / Magistrates Courts, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Tom was appointed Partner at Rose & Rose in April 2026.
