Having previously worked both overseas and as a Partner, Amanda has over 10 years experience dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial property including lease assignments, lease renewals and extensions, site acquisitions, acting for property developers and company acquisitions. Amanda has dealt with a wide range of commercial transactions such as the sale and purchase of restaurants, pubs, dry cleaners and hair salons, with a particular expertise in the sale and purchase of residential care homes.
Amanda gained a Masters degree in Employment Law at Kingston University several years ago and also has considerable experience dealing with various employment related matters including providing advice on compromise agreements, drafting employment contracts acting on unfair dismissal and discrimination cases and successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of employees.
Amanda’s sporting interests include running, swimming, circuit training and attending the gym. She also has an interest in creative writing and the theatre.
